What started in 1986 as a two-man operation blowing insulation into attics on weekends eventually grew into a full-service insulation company serving home builders, remodelers, and commercial clients across the Atlanta region. Step into Woodman Insulation today and you'll find a thriving company that is an integral part of the metro Atlanta community.

One of the biggest reasons for Woodman’s success is the people who work here. The Woodman team is like a family. Many have been with our company for over thirty years, including invaluable members like Javier Rangel. Now Senior Operations Manager, he joined the team in 1990 and has been here for thirty-six years. His son works here, too. The unofficial average length of employment at Woodman is around sixteen years, and that’s not by accident.
Our company stands behind the Golden Rule: treat people the way you want to be treated. That philosophy holds true for employees and customers alike. This is a close-knit workplace where team members are respected, listened to, and involved. That respect goes both ways.
Our founder, Jeff Woodman, knows what the job demands because he's done it himself. He even has the scars from batt knives and staple guns to prove it. That firsthand experience of being in the trenches is the foundation of the respect his team has for him, and the respect he has for them.

When you become a Woodman customer, you become a friend and, often, family. Forty years ago, a local home builder took a chance on a small insulation start-up. Today, the next generation runs that company, and our team still installs their insulation and house wrap.
Those long relationships extend to construction managers and industry contacts who have moved from company to company over the years. Our company’s reputation travels with them. “After forty years,” Jeff is quick to point out, “it is about the relationships. That's what makes it a lot of fun and all worthwhile.”
Community involvement is another core part of our company’s culture. Over the years, we have had a consistent presence around town, from participating in charitable events to sponsoring local school sports teams. We have been blessed in what we've accomplished and consider it a privilege to give back.

Forty years ago, Jeff Woodman established the Woodman Way when he opened our doors. Today, the entire Woodman team continues to prioritize that same culture of integrity, long-lasting relationships, and giving back to the community.
As energy codes tighten and efficiency standards rise, our team is ready.
Here’s to forty years of the Woodman Way, and many more years to come.
