Meet Our Team

As the founder and Owner of Woodman Insulation, Jeff Woodman oversees all aspects of the business and leads its strategic direction. He maintains key relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring the company runs smoothly and efficiently. Jeff is active in his community and loves spending time with friends and family. Outside work, his interests include golf, boating, traveling, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Chris Duncan is responsible for leading sales and marketing at Woodman Insulation. Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Chris has been in the construction industry since 1996. Before joining Woodman Insulation in 2024, he spent 28 years on the manufacturing side of the industry. From 1996 to 2015, Chris worked for GAF, North America's largest roofing manufacturer, holding various sales and management roles. In 2015, he became the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Johns Manville, a leading manufacturer of insulation, commercial roofing, and specialty building products. Chris and his wife Kim reside in Cumming, GA. Chris enjoys fishing, waterfowl hunting, and long-distance running in his spare time.

Javier Rangel is responsible for all operational aspects of Woodman Insulation. His duties include hiring and training installers, overseeing quality control, establishing installation standards, and ensuring installations meet local code requirements. Additionally, Javier manages the fleet of vehicles and implements safety programs and standards. He began his career with Woodman Insulation in 1990 and has held positions of increasing responsibility since then. Javier resides in the Cumming, GA area with his wife and children.

Oscar Veiga manages all operations at Woodman Insulation, including scheduling, hiring, training installers, and field supervision. Since joining the company in 2011, Oscar has been an integral part of the team. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and various pets.

Stephen Johnson is responsible for all aspects of operations for Woodman Insulation's spray foam business, blowing wool, and pre-insulation requirements. His duties include managing inventory, quality control, training installers, and maintaining the fleet and machines. Stephen has been with Woodman Insulation for nine years and holds double bachelor's degrees in management and marketing from the University of West Georgia. He is an avid sports fan of all Atlanta professional teams and enjoys the outdoors. Stephen, his wife, his young daughter, and his chocolate lab reside in Gainesville, GA.

David Mendoza manages all aspects of Woodman Insulation's gutters and metal roofing business, including sales, operations, purchasing materials, and managing supplier relationships. David has been with Woodman Insulation for the last four years and has a decade of experience in the construction industry. He finds great satisfaction in his work and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. In his free time, David loves vacationing, lake days, and hanging out with family and friends.
